a little about us & how we started.
Hi! We're Austin and Brynn, a husband-and-wife team based in North Carolina. We've been married for over 15 years and are raising our two boys, Hudson (8) and Harrison (4½), alongside the business we've poured our hearts into. They're our greatest blessings and the reason behind everything we do.
Our story began in the fall of 2016 when we discovered a late-1800s home tucked away in the woods behind our house in Clayton, North Carolina. We were able to salvage some of the old wood and brought it home to make a simple "HOME" sign featuring the outline of North Carolina. Sitting around our dining room table, we decided to post it on social media, never imagining what would happen next.
Orders started coming in almost immediately. Then someone asked if we could build a headboard. Then a bed. Then a dining table. Before long, what began as one reclaimed wood sign around our dining room table had turned into a business we never could have imagined.
When we started, we had no woodworking experience, very few tools, and no blueprint for success. Everything has been self-taught through long days, late nights, mistakes, perseverance, and God's grace. That original reclaimed wood sign is still in our home today as a daily reminder of where we started, how faithful God has been, and why we never want to lose sight of what matters most.
Our story isn't perfect, but it's ours. Through every challenge and every blessing, we've always believed this business is a God thing. We truly believe God opened doors we never could have opened ourselves and gave us the knowledge, opportunities, and strength to build this life together.
As our business grew, so did our family. Today, our shop is truly a family operation. Austin is the one building every project from start to finish, while Brynn handles the design, communication, and everything behind the scenes. Our boys love spending time in the shop, and chances are, something that leaves our shop has a tiny fingerprint or little mark from one of them. It's a reminder that every piece we build comes from a real family and not a factory.
This business has never just been about building cabinetry. It's about building gathering places where families make memories. It's about creating spaces where children and grandchildren grow up, holidays are celebrated, and everyday moments become the ones you'll remember years from now.
When you choose us, you're not hiring a large company or ordering something off an assembly line. You're trusting a husband and wife who genuinely care, a craftsman who personally builds every project by hand, and a family who prays over this business and never takes your trust for granted.

our process
We know investing in custom cabinetry is a big decision, and our goal is to make the experience feel exciting, stress-free, and personal from the very first conversation.
It all starts with your vision.
Whether you have a lot of inspiration photos or just know you need "something" for a space, we'll help you bring your ideas to life. Simply send us photos of your space, approximate measurements, and any inspiration you have. We'll discuss your needs, answer any questions, offer design suggestions, and, if needed, create a sketch before providing you with a detailed quote.
Once you decide to move forward, we'll gather your information, send over your invoice, collect your deposit, and reserve your place on our build schedule.
As your project gets closer, we'll schedule an in-home consultation to take final measurements, go over every detail, confirm your design, discuss moldings, paint or stain colors, hardware, and anything else needed to ensure your project is exactly what you envisioned. We believe the little details make all the difference.
From there, Austin gets to work handcrafting your project in our North Carolina shop. Every cabinet, drawer, shelf, and detail is built specifically for your home using quality materials and the same level of craftsmanship we'd expect in our own home.
Before installation, every piece is carefully finished, inspected, and prepared so installation day is as smooth and efficient as possible. Then comes our favorite part, seeing your vision come to life.
From your first message to the final installation, we want you to feel informed, involved, and excited every step of the way. This isn't just another project to us. It's your home.
